2:26:10 PM Commissioner Skinner I'll move to approve the Conditional Use Permit to allow small scale broadcast facility in this area for Verizon Wireless with the conditions presented by staff except for taking out in condition #4 taking out the phrase "less than", and I would add Condition #7 to address the language proposed by the County Attorney's Office.
